[THE PROBLEM]
Develop a brand identity for a conceptual coffee company that evokes the calm, immersive rhythm of rainfall, encouraging slow moments, sensory awareness, and emotional pause.
[BACKGROUND]
Ripple Coffee draws inspiration from rain, gentle, grounding, and reflective. Just as rain invites us to slow down, Ripple creates space for quiet rituals in daily life. The brand aims to translate this mood into a cohesive visual language that encourages mindfulness. It needed to feel natural, subtle, and emotionally resonant while remaining visually distinctive and contemporary.
[SOLUTION]
I crafted a visual identity grounded in softness, flow, and rhythm. Circular shapes suggest ripples and water drops; layered textures subtly evoke moisture and depth. Stormy blue tones softly and delicately reflect the quiet calm serenity of overcast skies. The typography is minimal and gently paced, guiding the viewer slowly across layouts. From print applications to environmental mockups, the system builds a serene, nature-inspired brand that feels introspective, tactile, and emotionally balanced.
